“Achieving Together: Kids with Special Needs” means working together to help children who learn differently because of their unique needs. It’s about believing every child can learn and grow, no matter their challenges. Everyone—teachers, therapists, families, and the kids—works together to make a place where all students feel important and can do well. Success is celebrated, big or small, because every step forward matters.
Here, children with special needs are seen for what they can do, not their difficulties. The school makes sure learning fits each child, maybe with special ways of teaching, tools to help them learn, or changing the classroom to suit different ways kids learn. This helps every child be part of school fully and learn the best they can.
Al-Bayyarah serves as the sole recreational space for our Debwany residents. It provides a safe space for children and families to gather, play, and spend quality time together. DDC has helped support the reconstruction of the park and provide any necessities.
DDC is committed to bringing a smile on our Debwani children’s faces by funding Eid festivals filled with multiple forms of entertainment.
These projects encompass the organization’s support for road paving, beautification of sidewalks and walls, as well as the restoration of the town’s cemetery and overall infrastructure improvements.
DDC is devoted to aiding the success of our young adults and promoting their education in multiple ways. This includes the association’s educational support for university students, as well as support for schools through renovations, classroom enhancements, road paving to schools, and the construction of sports facilities. Additionally, the association prioritizes honoring and supporting high-achieving students annually.
Our HOPE PROGRAM, taking place in the Maqar, was created to help children with special needs with the hope of educating, improving social skills, and providing a safe space for them to learn.
The newly built DDC headquarters in Deir Debwan serves as a meeting location for community members and our Hope program.
